1 Acceptance of Terms

jele58 reserves the right to require documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification (such as a Philippine National ID, passport, SSS ID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3 Account Registration

To participate in any real-money gaming activity on jele58, you must register a player account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You agree to promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) account on the jele58 Platform. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as published on the Platform. jele58 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment service provider (such as GCash or your bank) may impose their own transaction fees for which jele58 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your verified available balance net of any applicable wagering requirements.
• Your account must have completed KYC verification before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible.
• jele58 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to approving any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.

Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank accounts may take one to three banking days depending on your bank's processing timelines.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jele58 may offer various bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including but not limited to wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to bonus winnings.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all jele58 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, device, and IP address.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before withdrawal.

7 Prohibited Conduct

This licence does not grant you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without the prior written consent of jele58.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jele58 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of goodwill, even if jele58 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jele58's aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jele58 account during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data

jele58 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on jele58, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information and will not share your data with third parties except as necessary to operate the Platform, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, or as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy. All data processing is carried out in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.

12 Account Termination

You may close your jele58 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to account closure, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses must be resolved, and any verified available balance will be paid out to you subject to standard withdrawal procedures.

jele58 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you have:

• Breached any provision of these Terms;
• Engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct;
• Failed to satisfy KYC or age verification requirements;
• Provided false information at any stage of your account lifecycle; or

In cases of account closure due to a material breach of these Terms, jele58 may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If fraudulent activity is confirmed, that balance may be forfeited without compensation.

13 Governing Law

These Terms, and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the jele58 Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably through jele58's customer support channels shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Where the dispute relates to regulated gaming activity, applicable PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures may also apply.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
